Key Responsibilities- Lead the Operational Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Build Relationships with Retailers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners to promote our products and services, and drive sales growth.
- Plan and Implement Sales Campaigns: Design and execute sales campaigns to maximize returns to good causes and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze team performance and implement improvements to optimize sales and customer service.
- Develop and Implement Continuous Improvement Plans: Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to enhance sales and operational processes.
- Ensure Departmental KPIs are Achieved: Oversee the achievement of departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) and make adjustments as needed.
- Manage and Resolve Complaints: Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating them as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Experience in Sales Management: Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving sales growth.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with retailers and customers.
- Ability to Analyze Data: Ability to analyze data to inform sales and operational decisions.
- Knowledge of CRM Solutions: Familiarity with CRM solutions, such as SAP or ONYX.
- Experience in Outbound Sales: Experience in outbound sales environments, including the use of dialer technology.
