Customer Sales Executive

We are excited to offer permanent positions within our Customer Sales Team. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your sales and account management abilities while having the potential to advance into higher sales roles or explore various functions within the organization.

Ideal candidates will possess experience in sales and have transferable skills. We welcome applicants with backgrounds in customer service or recruitment. We seek enthusiastic, self-driven individuals who thrive in a sales atmosphere and excel at making outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service.

Comprehensive training and support will be provided, along with a clearly defined monthly sales strategy from your supervisor. Once you complete your probationary period, you will be eligible for our sales incentive program.

These positions are full-time (35 hours per week), but we also consider applicants interested in part-time or job-sharing arrangements. We offer flexible working hours between 8 AM and 6 PM to accommodate your needs.

The roles are based in our office, and you must be within commuting distance. However, after successfully completing your probation, we provide a hybrid working model that allows for a mix of office and remote work.

About the Role

As a Customer Sales Executive, you will receive ongoing training and support to engage in both reactive and proactive sales initiatives aligned with our sales strategies. These initiatives encompass our entire range of products and services, targeting both new and existing clients. You will be responsible for achieving performance goals and managing a caseload of customers or campaign objectives, primarily through phone and email communication. Additionally, you will facilitate sales meetings and customer demonstrations for our specialist team.

You will also oversee customer inquiries and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure the right expertise is applied. A crucial aspect of this role involves analyzing trends and insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

About You

We are looking for motivated, dedicated, and passionate individuals who are confident in making outbound sales calls and possess a strong work ethic. Ideally, you will have some experience in sales or business development, but we also welcome candidates with backgrounds in recruitment or customer service.

You will be responsible for meeting your own deadlines, targets, and KPIs, so a customer-focused mindset, a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences, and comfort with quarterly targets are essential. Strong teamwork skills, a flexible and adaptable approach, and a desire for new challenges are also key attributes.

Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided, along with a defined monthly plan from your manager. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales and account management skills, potentially leading to more senior sales positions or serving as a stepping stone to other functions within the organization.
