This is a permanent role with a competitive starting salary of £25,000, complemented by a substantial bonus potential that can enhance your earnings by an additional 20-35%.

The Course Consultant position involves both inbound and outbound communication, but it is not a cold calling environment. All interactions will be with existing clients or individuals who have previously expressed interest in our services.

We are eager to connect with candidates who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and are driven by results. Ideal applicants will have experience in a similar, preferably telephone-based role, and a desire to further develop their sales and customer service expertise within our organization. This role can serve as a stepping stone to more advanced sales or account management positions.

This selection process will be merit-based.

About the Role

The City & Guilds Group specializes in providing training solutions, offering a diverse range of courses for individuals and organizations. We are seeking additional Course Consultants who can demonstrate successful experience in a phone-based sales or customer service capacity to support our operations.

The successful candidate will represent and promote our training programs, informing potential clients about our offerings and generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding client needs and delivering accurate advice
  • Building strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Promoting our brand and services over the phone
  • Maintaining precise records of all inquiries, sales, and transactions using our CRM system
  • Performing general administrative tasks related to the role, including communication via phone, email, and online chat
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of inquiries and daily tasks

  • Strong communication skills and the capability to manage client interactions remotely
