Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Commercial Decision Making: Provide financial insights and recommendations to inform business decisions, ensuring the company's financial health and stability.
- Bid and Tender Management: Lead the finance team in managing the bid and tender process, ensuring accurate financial analysis and pricing recommendations.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial reports, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) that underpin business performance.
