Customer Sales Executive

We are excited to present excellent permanent positions within our Customer Sales Division.

Comprehensive training and support will be provided on the job, along with a clearly defined monthly sales strategy from your supervisor. You will qualify for our sales incentive program upon successful completion of your initial evaluation period.

These positions are full-time (35 hours per week), but we are open to candidates interested in part-time or job-sharing arrangements. We offer flexible working hours, allowing you to work between 8 AM and 6 PM to accommodate your needs.

These roles are based from our office, and you must be within commuting distance. However, after successfully completing your probationary period, we offer a hybrid working model that includes both office and remote work.

About the Role

As a Customer Sales Executive, you will receive ongoing training and support to engage in both reactive and proactive sales initiatives aligned with our sales strategies. These initiatives encompass our complete range of products and services, aimed at both new and existing clients. You will be responsible for achieving performance targets and managing a caseload of customers or campaign objectives, primarily through phone interactions but also via email.

You will handle customer inquiries and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to leverage the right expertise. A significant aspect of the role involves analyzing trends and insights to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.

About You

We are looking for motivated, diligent, and passionate individuals who are confident in making outbound sales calls and possess a strong work ethic. Ideally, you will have some experience in sales or business development, but experience in recruitment or customer service is also valuable.

You will be responsible for meeting your own deadlines, targets, and KPIs, so a customer-focused mindset, a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences, and comfort in working towards quarterly objectives are essential. Strong teamwork skills, a flexible and adaptable approach, and a motivation for new challenges are also important.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided in this role, along with a defined monthly plan from your supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales and account management skills, which could lead to more senior sales roles or serve as a stepping stone to other functions within the organization.
