This position requires a base in Dubai, with responsibilities extending to support our clients across the broader GCC region.

Role OverviewIn this client-facing position, you will be stationed in Dubai while also providing support to clients across the wider UAE. Your role will involve strategic engagement to enhance our commercial revenue by identifying and developing customer solutions within specific markets. You will leverage your extensive sales experience, which includes influencing and networking, to adopt a consultative sales approach that engages multiple stakeholders, including government officials.
With a profound understanding of the skills landscape in the Middle East, you will craft effective sales strategies aimed at generating new business while analyzing key markets to inform your commercial tactics. Collaborating closely with teams across the organization, you will help identify and nurture existing client relationships and participate in networking events to expand your knowledge and uncover further opportunities.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated track record of identifying and securing large contracts with employers or government ministries in the Middle East, alongside a robust network of existing stakeholders. You should have experience in developing and executing strategies to capture new business opportunities.
Strong project management capabilities are crucial, as are skills in stakeholder management, business development, and account management. A solid financial acumen, along with experience in contract negotiation and proposal writing, is also required.
