Senior Client Engagement Strategist

In this pivotal role, you will interact with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders, including major global corporations, governmental bodies, educational institutions, and various skills organizations, to cultivate commercial growth and create opportunities within selected markets.

Your application should reflect a proven history of securing significant contracts with large employers or governmental ministries in the Middle East. Exceptional communication skills and experience in stakeholder management are essential, alongside a background in business development or account management at a senior level.

This position requires a presence in Dubai, with responsibilities extending to supporting clients throughout the broader GCC region.

Role Overview

In this client-facing position, you will be based in Dubai while also providing support to clients across the wider UAE. Your role will involve strategic engagement to enhance our commercial revenue by identifying and developing customer solutions tailored to specific markets. Leveraging your extensive sales experience, you will employ a consultative sales approach to engage various stakeholders, including government officials.

With a comprehensive understanding of the skills landscape in the Middle East, you will devise effective sales strategies aimed at generating new business while analyzing key markets to inform your commercial tactics. Collaboration with teams across the organization will be crucial to identify and expand existing client relationships, and you will participate in networking events to stay informed and uncover further opportunities.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to identify and secure substantial contracts with large employers or government ministries in the Middle East, supported by a robust network of stakeholders. You should have experience in developing and executing strategies to target and capture new business opportunities.

Strong project management capabilities are essential, along with expertise in stakeholder management, business development, and account management. A solid understanding of financial principles, contract negotiation, and proposal writing will also be vital.
