Facilities Management Administrator

Administration and Finance

We are seeking a dedicated full-time administrator within the Estate & Facilities Management department. This role is diverse and engaging, situated within a supportive and professional team that will leverage your exceptional administrative and organizational capabilities to effectively plan, prioritize, and oversee a variety of tasks.

Your responsibilities will encompass providing administrative assistance throughout the department, which includes financial management, data handling, systems oversight, and addressing inquiries from various channels.

Additionally, you will deliver a welcoming and efficient reception service, manage telephone inquiries, and oversee multiple departmental email accounts in collaboration with fellow administrators.

To excel in this position, you will require:

Demonstrated administrative experience across a spectrum of organizational and clerical tasks. The capability to operate independently, work collaboratively within a team, and proactively ensure effective service delivery. Strong communication and numerical skills. The ability to organize tasks and manage time efficiently while adapting to shifting priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications at an advanced level.

This role is full-time (37.0 hours per week), and we are open to considering applications from candidates interested in job sharing. This position is offered on a permanent basis.
