We are seeking a dedicated full-time administrator for the Estate & Facilities Management department. This position is based within a collaborative and professional team, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment that will leverage your exceptional administrative and organizational abilities to effectively plan, prioritize, and oversee a variety of tasks.
Your responsibilities will encompass providing comprehensive administrative assistance throughout the department, which includes financial oversight, data management, systems administration, and addressing inquiries received through various channels.
Additionally, you will deliver a welcoming and efficient reception service, manage telephone inquiries, and oversee multiple departmental email accounts in collaboration with fellow administrators.
To excel in this position, you will require:
Demonstrated administrative experience across a spectrum of organizational and clerical functions. The capability to operate independently, work effectively within a team, and proactively ensure optimal service delivery. Strong communication and numerical proficiency. The ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time while adapting to shifting priorities. This is a full-time position (37.0 hours per week), and we are open to considering applications from candidates interested in job-sharing arrangements. This role is offered on a permanent basis.
