We are seeking a dedicated full-time administrator within the Estate & Facilities Management department. This position is based in a collaborative and professional environment, where your exceptional administrative and organizational abilities will be essential in planning, prioritizing, and managing a variety of tasks.

Your responsibilities will encompass providing comprehensive administrative support throughout the department, which includes financial oversight, data management, systems administration, and addressing inquiries from various channels.

Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering a welcoming and efficient reception service, managing telephone inquiries, and overseeing multiple departmental email accounts in conjunction with fellow administrators.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

Demonstrated experience in a variety of administrative and organizational functions. The capability to work independently, collaborate effectively within a team, and proactively ensure high-quality service delivery. Strong communication and numerical skills. The ability to efficiently organize tasks and manage time while adapting to shifting priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications at an advanced level.

This is a full-time position (37.0 hours per week), and we are open to considering applications from candidates interested in job sharing. This role is offered on a permanent basis.
