We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Duty Manager to play a key role in the effective day-to-day supervision of two busy sports facilities at Brighton and Sussex Medical School.
As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations and programme delivery across our two sites, providing high-level customer service and working as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering a quality fitness offer to our campus community and will be able to work on a rota basis, ensuring that our facilities are well-managed and that our customers receive an excellent service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of our sports facilities, including programme delivery and customer service.
- Work as part of a team to ensure that our facilities are well-managed and that our customers receive an excellent service.
- Provide high-level customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work on a rota basis, ensuring that our facilities are well-managed and that our customers receive an excellent service.
- Experience of working in a leisure or sports environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with colleagues and customers at all levels.
