Autograph Recruitment is pleased to collaborate with a well-established construction firm located near Chepstow. As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a Financial Operations and Office Coordinator to become part of their team.
The selected candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the financial integrity of the organization by managing transactions, generating financial reports, and adhering to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities of the Financial Operations and Office Coordinator:
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Oversee payroll processing and CIS documentation using Sage.
- Generate sales invoices and financial statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Complete tax filings and submit VAT returns.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist the senior management team with administrative tasks.
- Maintain precise and current accounting records and reports.
- Prepare month-end financial summaries.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Preferably AAT qualified or possess equivalent experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficient in Sage software.
- Familiarity with CIS regulations.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capable of implementing and enhancing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
- A collaborative team player who can build and nurture strong relationships.
