The selected candidate will be crucial in ensuring the financial integrity of the organization by managing transactions, generating financial reports, and adhering to relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities of the Financial Operations and Office Coordinator:

  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process payroll and CIS statements using Sage software.
  • Generate sales invoices and financial statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and address any discrepancies.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Complete tax returns and manage VAT submissions.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
  • Assist the senior management team with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain precise and current accounting records and reports.
  • Prepare month-end financial documentation.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • AAT qualified or equivalent experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in Sage software.
  • Knowledgeable about CIS regulations.

  • Capable of implementing and enhancing financial processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
