Facilities Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Focus Resourcing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive customer service, identifying and providing clients with information on local services, events, and attractions.
- Ensure maintenance within the development is of a high standard, undertaking day-to-day tasks personally and coordinating with local contractors as needed.
- Maintain accurate and systematic records of maintenance and events.
- Represent the company in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in facilities or reception in a professional environment.
- Ability to build excellent client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.
- Well-presented and articulate communication skills.
