Key Responsibilities- Provide face-to-face customer service and be the first point of contact for our owners and tenants
- Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire alarm testing, water flushing, and emergency light testing
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Development, and Completions
- Coordinate with external contractors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Ensure that the health and safety requirements of each development are met
- Assist with the move-in process to ensure a seamless transition for our customers
- Organize events and activities to foster a sense of community among our residents
- Respond to emergencies in a calm and professional manner
- Build lasting relationships with our homeowners and their families
- Professional and highly organized approach
- Proactive attitude and ability to use initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Google Workspace an advantage
