We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cobham Premier Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly and approachable individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and hospitality.
