About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Pegasus Homes. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our developments, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general customer service and be the point of contact for our owners and tenants
  • Regularly check and maintain the health and safety requirements of each development
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Development, and Completions
  • Facilitate external contractors and ensure effective maintenance services
  • Organize events and activities for our customers, creating a wonderful community
  • Deal with emergencies quickly and calmly, and build lasting relationships with our homeowners and their families
Requirements
  • Professional and highly organized approach
  • Proactive attitude and ability to use initiative
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Google Workspace an advantage
  • Experience in facilities/property with a knowledge of health and safety an advantage
