About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Senior Customer Service and Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Pegasus Homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide face-to-face customer service and be the first point of contact for our owners and tenants
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire alarm testing, water flushing, and emergency light testing
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Development, and Completions
  • Coordinate with external contractors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Ensure that the health and safety requirements of each development are met
  • Assist with the move-in process to ensure a seamless transition for our customers
  • Organize events and activities to foster a sense of community among our residents
  • Respond to emergencies in a calm and professional manner
  • Build lasting relationships with our homeowners and their families
Requirements
  • Professional and highly organized approach
  • Proactive attitude and ability to use initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Google Workspace an advantage
  • Experience in facilities or property management, with a focus on health and safety
