About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive customer-focused service, identifying and providing clients with information on local services, events, and places of interest.
  • Ensure maintenance within the development is of a high standard, undertaking day-to-day tasks personally and arranging and coordinating other maintenance through high-quality local contractors.
  • Keep accurate and systematic records of maintenance and events.
  • Maintain the events and visitor's suite diaries.
  • Represent the company in a friendly, helpful, professional, and approachable way.

Requirements:

  • Facilities or reception experience in a professional environment.
  • Able to build excellent client relationships.
  • Professional and customer-focused.
  • Well-presented and articulate.
