About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Senior Customer Service and Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Pegasus Homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our homeowners and tenants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire alarm testing, water flushing, and emergency light testing.
  • Work closely with our internal teams, including Sales, Development, and Completions, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Facilitate the work of external contractors and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Ensure that the health and safety requirements of each development are met, and that all necessary procedures are in place.
  • Assist with the move-in process, ensuring that our customers have a great start within our developments.
  • Organize events and activities for our customers, creating a wonderful community and fostering strong relationships.
  • Deal with any emergencies quickly and calmly, providing a high level of service to our customers.
Requirements
  • Professional and highly organized, with a proactive approach and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to use initiative and work independently.
  • Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Google Workspace an advantage.
  • Experience of facilities/property, ideally with a knowledge of health and safety.
