About the Role
The Customer Service Manager will play a key role in supporting the General Manager by leading the sales process and coordinating all admissions and discharges with the Home Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure the Front of House team adheres to company policies when answering phone calls.
- Manage show rounds and train staff to meet expected standards.
- Conduct competitor analysis to ensure accurate market data.
- Support the General Manager in implementing local marketing strategies.

Requirements
- Previous experience in administration or sales is preferred.

- Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
