Position: Account Executive

Location: London

Compensation: £70,000 – £80,000

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in the organization, focusing on the retention, expansion, and service of our established customer portfolio. You will manage a multi-million-pound account base consisting of valued Members while working closely with the Customer Engagement and Research teams to ensure clients are maximizing the benefits of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial relationship with existing Members, driving account strategy to align with their priorities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure clients are realizing value from our offerings.
  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships to align with business objectives, ensuring account renewal and growth.
  • Serve as the advocate for our clients within the organization, balancing client needs with business ROI.
  • Foster revenue growth through strategic account management and identifying upselling opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in Enterprise subscription, research, or SaaS sales, with a minimum of 6+ years in a comparable role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets, including securing six-figure deals with large enterprises at the C-level.
  • Ability to cultivate strong client relationships, challenge client perspectives, and establish emotional connections throughout the sales process.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a solutions-oriented approach, eager to contribute to business development.
  • Capacity to excel in a dynamic environment and navigate through challenges effectively.
