Main Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be tasked with patient observations, monitoring, care, nutrition, hydration, documentation, and the transfer of patients from the Emergency Department to other areas within the trust.

It is crucial to understand that certain aspects of healthcare work can be distressing. You will be expected to assist patients with personal care while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Effective communication with patients and their families is essential, especially in challenging situations.
