Job Title: Clinical Deputy Nurse Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at Willing Care. As a Clinical Deputy Nurse Manager, you will play a vital role in providing leadership, direction, and support to our nursing staff while ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide clinical guidance and support to the nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Care Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans to meet patients' specific needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee and evaluate the delivery of patient care to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient well-being and safety.
  • Operational Support: Actively support the Nurse Manager in day-to-day operations, decision-making, and strategic planning.
  • Mentorship and Development: Act as a mentor and role model for nursing staff by providing ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Registered Nurse with either RGN or RMN qualification, with a valid UK NMC Pin.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a Deputy Nurse Manager role, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and best practices.
