Key Responsibilities:

- Care Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans to meet patients' specific needs.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee and evaluate the delivery of patient care to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient well-being and safety.
- Operational Support: Actively support the Nurse Manager in day-to-day operations, decision-making, and strategic planning.
- Mentorship and Development: Act as a mentor and role model for nursing staff by providing ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Registered Nurse with either RGN or RMN qualification, with a valid UK NMC Pin.
- Experience: Proven experience in a Deputy Nurse Manager role, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and best practices.
