Deputy Manager Clinical

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support and deputise for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues.
  2. Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care.
  3. Develop and implement care plans, utilising your nursing expertise and leadership skills.
About You

An NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD), you will be well-versed in care planning processes and clinical assessment tools. You will be a natural leader, capable of building strong relationships with residents and their families, and committed to driving continuous improvement.
