Role Overview

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home team as a Clinical Unit Night Manager. As a Clinical Unit Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the very best level of care to our Residents. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with our colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for a specific part of the care home and deliver the very best level of care to our Residents.
  • Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for the people living in our care home and their families.
  • Recognize the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm, or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns.
  • Work closely with our colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and a commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC.
