About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Haematology Consultant to join our team at MCHFT. As a key member of our haematology service, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with a wide range of benign and malignant haematological disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inpatient and outpatient management of haematological disorders
  • Lead the haematology team and contribute to the development of clinical services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in teaching and training of medical staff
Requirements
  • FRCP or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in clinical leadership and people management
  • Ability to implement policies and plans
  • Clear understanding of performance management
