About the Role

The Clinical Unit Manager is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional care to our residents. As a Clinical Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care that meets the needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Conduct regular assessments of our residents to ensure their care needs are being met.
  • Mentor and support junior nurses and healthcare professionals to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure effective communication between the healthcare team, residents, and their families.
