Deputy Manager Clinical

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and deputise for the Home Manager, providing leadership to nursing and care teams.
  • Develop and implement care plans, utilising your nursing skills and managerial expertise.
  • Work closely with residents and their families, delivering personalised centred care.
Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with strong care planning and clinical assessment skills.
  • Experience in a leadership or management role, with a passion for developing your skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
