Job Title: Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our SCR team in the Cheshire area. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our residential care home, providing high-quality care to our residents, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the care team to deliver excellent care and services
* Ensure the home meets CQC standards and regulations
* Develop and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
* Manage staff effectively, including recruitment, training, and appraisals

Requirements:
* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent
* Prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
