Opportunity Details

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager to join our client's team in their Crewe-based nursing home. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in an elderly nursing home environment.

A competitive salary of £50,000 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package are available for this full-time position. In addition to these benefits, the successful candidate will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) qualification and at least 2 years of experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead in a nursing home setting. Strong clinical knowledge and a genuine passion for elderly and dementia care are essential requirements.
