Clinical Deputy Manager Job Description

Willing Care Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in providing leadership, direction, and support to the nursing staff while ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for our clients in a Nursing Home setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to the nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans to meet patients' specific needs.
  • Oversee and evaluate the delivery of patient care to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient well-being and safety.
  • Actively support the Nurse Manager in day-to-day operations, decision-making, and strategic planning.
  • Act as a mentor and role model for nursing staff by providing ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with either RGN or RMN qualification, with a valid UK NMC Pin.
  • Proven experience in a Deputy Nurse Manager role, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and best practices.
