About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Director of Transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the implementation of the New Hospital Programme (NHP) and new Digital Clinical System (DCS) across Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the successful delivery of the NHP and DCS strategies, working closely with the Head of Workforce Transformation, senior People and OD teams, and the HR Business Partner team.
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to support the workforce through these changes, including pre-implementation communication activities and the development of change management skills across the organisation.
  • Work closely with the Implementation Team and clinical teams to ensure a smooth transition and alignment of operational processes with the new DCS.
Person Specification
  • MCIPD qualified or equivalent proven HR skills and experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Significant experience of workforce engagement within the NHS.
  • Highly developed specialist knowledge of change management, achieved through significant experience within relevant roles.
  • Substantial recent management experience as a generalist HR practitioner/business partner at a senior level.
Skills
  • Demonstrable commitment to facilitating change, cultural and behavioural change, service improvement, and team and individual development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills for a range of audiences, including stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to provide sound judgement and give professional advice and support.
