Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Job Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a crucial role in our organisation. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies in a range of departments including Sales, Account Management and Customer Support across the UK and Ireland.
- Facilitate end-to-end recruitment activity for our volume roles;
- Build candidate talent pools and shortlist suitable candidates to hiring managers;
- Actively source candidates for our vacancies via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, social media and other methods;
- Effectively manage the recruitment stages with all candidates, including feedback, offer and facilitation of the onboarding process, to build a positive employer brand;
- Work closely with hiring managers and departmental directors to understand their recruitment requirements and influence them on recruitment decisions;
- Previous experience within agency recruitment (volume hiring experience would be an advantage);
- Training and support to help you settle into your role;
