Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

  • Deliver comprehensive care, advice, and support regarding the management of nursing needs to children and their families as directed by the Senior Pediatric Care Nurse.
  • Operate under the professional and clinical guidance of the designated Clinical Lead in various settings, including educational institutions and care facilities.
  • Collaborate closely with all members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrate, instruct, and oversee nursing care that can be safely delegated, providing support as needed.
  • Proactively identify potential risks to the safety of children.
  • Adhere to the scope of Professional Practice in line with organizational policies.
  • Participate actively in professional training and development programs to meet service needs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of nursing standards within clinical practice.
