Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Nurse in our care home, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting their daily living needs, and assisting with social activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including washing, toileting, dressing, and undressing
  • Assist residents with limited mobility using aids provided
  • Deliver care to residents at the end of their lives and those with progressive illnesses
  • Observe and update care plans for residents
  • Participate in social activities and interact with residents to support their hobbies and interests
  • Escort residents to and from appointments

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Approachable and able to prioritize workload
