We are in search of an ambitious, knowledgeable, and empathetic senior nurse with extensive experience in Critical Care to provide both clinical and managerial guidance. As a role model, you will inspire, motivate, and empower your team. Main Responsibilities

As the nursing lead for the service, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the critical care team to ensure operational efficiency and safety while fostering a compassionate and supportive team environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Encouraging innovative practices and promoting high-quality, evidence-based care.
  • Leading quality improvement initiatives, budget management, change processes, and resource allocation within the department.
  • Setting an example through motivation and empowerment of the team.
  • Performing advanced clinical assessments and treatments, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient needs, particularly regarding ongoing care and discharge planning.
  • Providing visible and accessible support for patients, caregivers, and families, serving as the primary point of contact for information and concerns, and liaising with clinical teams and external agencies as necessary.
