Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner - Band 6

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs
  • Develop and implement effective management plans to address patients' mental health issues
  • Provide brief crisis interventions and ongoing support to patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with patients with mental health needs
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
