Job Title: Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Randstad.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our clients, working closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose mental health conditions, developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as counseling and support services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans to mitigate potential harm.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in a Band 6 role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of mental health legislation, policies, and procedures.
