Business Development Opportunity

RecRight Ltd, a leading provider of innovative solutions, is seeking an experienced Truck Sales Executive to drive business growth across the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling high-quality commercial vehicles, converting new business opportunities, and managing customer relationships to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Sales Performance: Maximize sales opportunities for our full truck range, develop new business, and manage leads and enquiries.
  2. Customer Engagement: Provide exemplary customer updates and interaction, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  3. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from order to handover, ensuring seamless delivery of our products and services.
  4. Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Requirements
  1. Commercial Vehicle Sales Experience: Prior experience in commercial vehicle sales is preferred.
  2. Relationship Building: Ability to build long-term customer relationships and exceed expectations.
  3. Business Acumen: Understanding of vehicle funding packages is advantageous.
  4. Negotiation and Influencing: Proven negotiation and influencing skills to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  5. Organizational Skills: Target-driven with strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  6. Technical Skills: Computer literate with excellent communication skills.
  7. Personal Qualities: Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable, with a full UK driving license required, HGV license advantageous.
