Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of the Customer Service Team, the selected candidate will undertake various administrative tasks aimed at supporting both customers and the sales department.

  • Addressing customer inquiries and managing sales order processing through phone and email communications.
  • Handling order receipts, conducting necessary credit assessments in collaboration with the finance team, performing data entry, overseeing dispatch, invoicing, and coordinating with courier services.
Additional Duties:
  • Generating invoices, quotations, credit notes, and other necessary documentation.
  • Maintaining a professional relationship between customers and company personnel while nurturing customer connections.
  • Coordinating training sessions for customers at the company’s training facility and managing the related administrative tasks, including certification issuance.
  • Employing the company’s operational systems in all relevant tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English and Mathematics.
  • Extensive experience with MS Office applications and data entry.

Preferred Skills:

  • Possession of personal transportation for potential travel to additional business locations.
  • Prior experience with SAP and/or CRM systems is advantageous.
