Client Services Coordinator
RPS is in search of a proficient Client Services Coordinator/Administrator to join our Occupational Health (OH) team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients, managing daily operations effectively. You will adhere to established protocols and ensure that all responsibilities align with set performance indicators, always prioritizing customer satisfaction and proactively addressing their inquiries and requirements. Hybrid working options will be available after the training period.

Key Responsibilities:
Responding to all incoming communications from clients, suppliers, and the broader OH team Utilizing our specialized booking system to arrange appointments and inform relevant parties as necessary (comprehensive training will be provided) Monitoring client charges and generating invoices Participating in regular client meetings via video conferencing Accurately inputting weekly electronic timesheets (full training will be provided) Executing routine administrative tasks and handling any ad-hoc responsibilitiesIdeal Candidate Profile:
Significant experience in an office-based administrative role within a dynamic environment Proficient in the MS Office suite, with the ability to perform Pivot and Vlookups Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong written and verbal communication abilities Keen attention to detail and a critical eye for accuracy, embodying a right-first-time approach Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service, capable of building and maintaining relationships with key clients and service users Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a flexible mindset Competent in working collaboratively within a team as well as independently Benefits:
