Our organization, a reputable Housing Provider, is seeking a Housing Support Specialist to assist young individuals under the age of 25 within our program.
Key Responsibilities of the Housing Support Specialist include:
- Overseeing a portfolio of clients residing in supported housing
- Providing ongoing assistance throughout their housing journey
- Offering guidance and resources
- Facilitating property viewings for clients
- Managing service charge collections
- Assisting clients in finding alternative housing options
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle
- An enhanced DBS check on the update service
