Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Support Administrator. As a key member of our Countywide AMHP Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing electronic systems and ensuring accurate recording of activities.
  • Be the first point of contact for professionals, family members, and carers, demonstrating excellent customer care skills and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, meeting tight deadlines and compiling statistics and management information as required.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 packages, including word processing and spreadsheet skills, to support the team's operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 packages, including word processing and spreadsheet skills.
