Project Financial Specialist at RSK ADAS

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Project Financial Specialist. This role will provide financial and project administration support to our Project Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial and project administration support to Project Managers, including raising sales invoices, creating purchase orders, and processing supplier invoices.
  • Assist with the improvement of business processes and the application of financial controls on projects.
  • Work with a small team of project administrators to provide a range of financial and project administration support.
  • Request credit checks and set up new client and supplier accounts.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports.

Person Specification:

  • Previous internal purchasing/project administration experience is desirable.
  • Good data accuracy and attention to detail, with a good level of numeracy and IT skills.
  • High-level keyboard and computing skills using MS Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Well-organized and efficient, with confident and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working without supervision.
