About the Role

The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance and Administration Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance and administration department, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction in the areas of financial management, administration, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Administration: Oversee the administration of the office, including human resources, logistics, and procurement.
  • Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including facilities management, IT, and security.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance and administration staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in finance and administration, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong financial management and analytical skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge: Practical knowledge of United States Government rules, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, and high integrity.
