We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Pratap Partnership Ltd. This is a newly created position that will see you report directly to the Group Financial Controller and take ownership of the financial accounting activities for multiple trading entities.

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for owning the financial accounting of the Group's various acquisitions, liaising with external advisors to ensure transactions are fully understood and documented, and owning and presenting the potential impact of acquisitions on the Group to support the budgeting & forecasting process.

You will also be responsible for owning the audit process of acquisitions, ensuring all appropriate documentation is provided, reviewing monthly Group consolidation, including analysis of variances to forecast & prior year, and liaising with External Auditors on audit queries during the year-end audit process.

We are seeking an ACA/ACCA qualified senior finance professional with extensive knowledge of IFRS and FRS102. You will ideally have experience of being responsible for multiple trading entities in a large, complex Group function.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000p/a + Bonus
