Job Description

As Finance & Operations Manager / Managing Director Designate, you will be introduced into the senior management role with initial responsibilities covering the overall financial systems and control of the organisation.

You will also be involved in strategic and tactical decisions aimed at increasing the business's turnover and efficiency.

Within this role, you will have responsibility for end-to-end financial management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrable experience within a local SME where you will have gained exposure to operational responsibilities as well as financial.

Qualified Accountancy status would be beneficial for this role, though those that are qualified by experience would also be considered.

A salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum is expected, depending on experience. You must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
