Senior Finance Manager - Pensions

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Pratap Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting activities of multiple trading entities.

With a strong background in financial reporting and a proven track record of success in a listed business, you will be well-equipped to take ownership of the financial accounting activities for our Group's various acquisitions. Your expertise in IFRS and FRS102 will be invaluable in ensuring the smooth integration of new entities into our financial systems.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the financial accounting process for acquisitions, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place
  • Liaising with external advisors to ensure transactions are fully understood and documented
  • Presenting the potential impact of acquisitions on the Group to support the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Reviewing monthly Group consolidation, including analysis of variances to forecast and prior year
  • Liaising with External Auditors on audit queries during the year-end audit process
  • Supporting the Group Financial Controller with complex accounting areas, including acquisitions, share schemes, derivatives, and foreign subsidiaries

We are looking for an ACA/ACCA qualified senior finance professional with extensive knowledge of financial regulations and a strong track record of success in a similar role. If you are a motivated and experienced finance leader looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
